A k tomu n\u00e1m m\u016f\u017ee pomoci ketonov\u00e1 dieta, kter\u00e1 rozhodn\u011b nen\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dnou novinkou na trhu.M\u00e1 t\u0159i f\u00e1ze: Pot\u0159ebujeme dostat organismus do ket\u00f3zy a odtud vznikl i samotn\u00fd n\u00e1zev dietn\u00edho programu. Kdo chce vid\u011bt v\u00fdsledky, tak mus\u00ed p\u0159ijmout a dodr\u017eet v\u0161echna doporu\u010den\u00ed. Na co se m\u016f\u017eeme spolehnout?
